Kai's Kitchen
Healthy eating shouldn't mean fancy ingredients, expensive gadgets, or hours in the kitchen.
Kai's Kitchen is a 67-page digital cookbook packed with 52 simple, healthy recipes made from things you probably already have at home: eggs, oats, yogurt, frozen fruit, canned beans, and a few pantry spices. If you can use a blender and a frying pan, you can make every recipe in this book.
It includes the full written recipes from my most-asked-about videos, with exact measurements, plus dozens of new ones I've never shared online.

FAQ
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a blender, a frying pan, a pot, and a baking sheet. A food processor helps for a few recipes, but a strong blender works too.
Are the measurements in cups or grams?
Recipes use US cups and spoons, with oven temperatures in both °F and °C. There's also a conversion chart inside.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
Over half the recipes are meat-free, and many others have easy swaps.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If you have any trouble with your download, just reach out and we'll sort it out.
